4C Business Coaching has built a reputation of helping businesses of all sizes clearly define expectations, focus on developing great teams, and ensuring proper financial controls are in place to meet the long-term business, financial, and operational goals. The first step is clearly defining the road map on where the business is headed with a strategic plan and budget. Executing on the strategic objectives involves efficient processes, proper systems integration, and easily understood performance metrics. We work with our clients to develop a plan to ensure this is a smooth process and not overwhelming. We are not there to tell you what to do or make you reliant on us. We work with with you, so you understand the information and are able to use the information as a tool in your daily operations. We help you work on your business, not just in it.

History

4C Business Coaching was founded by Darren Cantlay in 2013. After 15 years in Executive positions with Financial Institutions, he noticed a common theme among small business customers. The business owner know how to operate the business but struggled with the business side especially related to the financial statements and cash flow. He began working with a small group of Bank customers and by word of mouth the business grew. Now we work with a limited number of clients to ensure they receive the personal service they deserve. Our clients are not just another fee to us.
